Finally Lego and Marvel Join Together To Fight Evil!

This is finally happening. One I love the Lego games with being a parent I get to enjoy them while my little ones tell me what I should do next but secretly this is the license I have been hoping for.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes will swing into retail outlets fall of 2013. The Lego game is a complement to the Lego Marvel construction sets. The game is set to have an original story with Nick Fury bringing together Marvel favorites to stop Loki and Galactus.

According to TT Games Publishing managing director Tom Stone. “Players will brave the ultimate mission to save the world as they explore famous landmarks in LEGO New York and take the adventure beyond Earth to iconic locations in the Marvel Universe.”

"Fans of both LEGO and Marvel have wanted this game for years, and we're addressing that demand with more Marvel Universe characters than ever in a console game," said TQ Jefferson, Vice President, Games Production, Marvel Entertainment. "If you're a fan of Spider-Man, the Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy or scores of other Marvel characters, this is the game for you."

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes will be available beginning Fall 2013 for the Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation, The WiiU and PC, as well as the Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, and PlayStation Vita. There will be no shortage as to where this game will be played.

Players will be able to unlock over 100 characters from the Marvel U. So I am sure everyone’s favorites will be seen in Lego brick form soon enough just have to wait the rest of the year out.
