People Can Fly Owned Completely by Epic Games. Three Members Leave The Company.

Everyone knows Epic Games was a major shareholder of People Can Fly, Well now it is safe to say that Epic Games have full and complete ownership of the company with their recent outright purchase.

With the company buyout comes with the loss of 3 Key Members, who did not want to be a part of a larger company. People Can Fly founder Adrian Chmielarz, along with Andrzej Poznanski and Michal Kosieradzki, their departure came on account of the buyout and was said to have been amicable.
Epic president Mike Capps was stated to telling Polygon, “"Over the past decade, they have been instrumental in building People Can Fly into the talented team that it is today. We wish them well in their future endeavors. People Can Fly remains excited to release Gears of War: Judgment to fans early next year."
This news comes just shortly after Epic’s director of production Rod Fergusson left the company. Fergusson is now assisting Irrational Games in development of Bioshock Infinite.
Epic Games Mark Rein assures that the buyout will not interrupt People Can Fly future projects and Gears of War:Judgment.
Seems like there are a lot of shifting around of people lately including Epic, Makes you wonder what is coming down the line for these companies that have shifted major power players.
